Corvette: 1994 Electrical Problems

I have a friend that has a 1994 that has been giving her electrical problems.
She said that the problems started after she had her rotors, tires, and brakes
replaced. She said that the LTWPS light came on and stayed on when she was
driving a couple months after she had the work done. The ASR and the ABS
lights come on a few minutes after the LTWPS light came on. A few days after
that, the red BRAKE light came on and stayed on as well. Could this be
associated with the brake/tire work that was done? She intends on taking it to
the dealer but she just wanted some kind of idea about what was wrong with the
car so that they wont try and milk her out of any extra money.
