Mercedes-Benz: 1993 E320 wagon CD question

I just bought my 93 and want to put a CD in the back. There is a 25 pin
connector back there I assume is for the CD. What are my options - other
then the Mercedes CD player?

I believe you can use an alpine unit. There are some post on it somewhere in
