gas? Doesd it have spark. If it has gas and spark I would pull the top
off the timing case and see if there are any teeth on the belt. Some of
those Mitsu's were non-interference and the belt could be stripped
without hurting anything. Sounds more like a fuel/spark issue though.

1991 eclipse 2.0 DOHC
My car started to lose power until it gradually didn't run any more.i
replaced a computer, intake manifold gasket, spark plugs, adn wires and
now it wont turn on. it just turns please anyone if you know let me know

Not the 4G63. Strip a belt and you bend valves. I'd guess fuel too for, er,
starters.
