Dodge: 1991 dodge spirit

hello, i have a 1991 Dodge Spirit. I'm interested in getting a 'FREE' report
on this car using the VIN number. carfax and such websites that i've visited
all wanna charge for it. and anyway i'm wondering if anyone know of such a
website or a local company/agency that will give the history for free? btw i
live in New York State, near Buffalo
