Valve cover, intake, and exhaust gaskets, for a start. Someone
to inspect and/or cut the head would be a really good idea, too.
Consider replacing the valve seals and relapping the valves
(cheap) or doing a complete valve job (not quite so cheap) while
    the head is off.

You'll probably get all the gaskets you'll need with a 'head gasket
*set*'. Expanding on JRE's suggestions, I'd go for the full valve
job. I'm guessing around $200 for the work he mentioned, which would
include new valve guides as well as seals and lapping. When I did
this job about a decade ago, I drove out and replaced my own guides
and paid $125 for the rest of the work at a shop used to doing *two*
heads at a time (big 'Murrican V8s).
