Corvette: 1966 stingray wing window fix

The top "tab" or support (for the driver's wing window) that appears to
be embedded in the fibreglass has come out- now I can't open it.
Well....actually, I can but it's real loosey goosey, so I keep it
closed. Is there a fibreglass gel or something I can inject into the
"slot" and then slip the top wing window support back in and hope it holds?
