Chevrolet: 03 Malibu LS Engine Bolts

In the past 6 months, 3 engine bolts have failed in my malibu. One in
the #4 cylinder intake rocker arm (threads pulled out), one in the #5
cylinder intake and one in the exhaust manifold.

Has anyone else had this sort of problem? There are 68,000 +/- miles
on it and it hasn’t been abused. What could cause such a thing? My
extended service contract is up later this month and I am beginning to
think it’s time to trade. Any ideas?

Internal hardware is failing....get rid of it. My question is what is
going to fail next, the bolts that hold on the main bearing caps? Then
you're looking at another motor. You may have substandard hardware or
it's just coincidence.
